Acquisitions & Digitization Clerk
Hours: Part-time, averaging 25 hours per week.
Pay $20.47/hr.
The Prospect Heights Library District is looking for a well-organized and efficient Acquisitions & Digitization Clerk to join our Technical Services Department. The Technical Services Department is responsible for ordering, cataloging and physical processing all new materials. We are seeking someone who can consistently keep new material flowing through the department. In this role, you will place orders online from multiple vendors, receive orders daily and process invoices. Additional responsibilities include digitizing local history materials.
The ideal candidate will be:

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. Library Technical Assistant (LTA) preferred. Some knowledge of the principles and practices of public library functions is preferred.
