Areas of Service

This visual provides an overview of the library's services and departments. Although each service area plays an important role in the library's operation, all departments work in unison and collaboratively to deliver quality and reliable services to the public and its patrons.

This was part of a larger project examining all of the library services (patron facing and behind the scenes) from beginning to end. Extended process diagrams were created for each individual area of responsibility, specifying the required steps to render a service from start to finish.

Duties and responsibilities within areas of service may shift as library staff and teams work to adapt to patron and operational needs. Updates of this visual along with process diagrams will be made periodically.
